Christy P. Peek was born in Florence, Alabama in 1971. Christy received a BA in English from Vanderbilt University and her law degree from the University of Alabama Law School in 1996. Later that year, she was admitted to the Alabama State Bar. Christy is licensed to practice before all State Courts in Alabama and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.  Christy is a member of the Birmingham Bar Association and American Bar Association.
