| Richard D.
Whitaker was born in Birmingham, Alabama in
1979. He completed his undergraduate
education at Hampden-Sydney College with a
Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science.
Richard received his Juris Doctor from the
University of Alabama School of Law in 2006,
where he was in the Order of Barristers, a
recipient of the American College Trial
Lawyers Award and the George Peach Taylor
Award. He was then admitted to the Alabama
State Bar. Richard is licensed to practice
in the United States District Courts for the
Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of
Alabama. Richard is a member of the Alabama
State Bar, the American Bar Association, and
the Birmingham Bar Association. In his
relatively young career, Richard has
experience in several areas of the law and
currently practices in the firm’s
collections department. |
